* 24th of July *

Most recently we celebrated on the 24th of July! We went to the Wallsburg parade and Ridge got lots of candy and then went to the park where we played games had a snow cone "made special by Trae" and watched some of our family ride the mechanical bull. We went to the Ercinbrack's later in the afternoon for a picnic and Ridge had so much fun playing with all the kids in the water.

The Hogle Zoo

Nanna and I met up with Cort and her kids at the Hogle Zoo and had a great time. We had a picnic and the kids loved to see all of the animals. It was a perfect day, not too hot at all and the kids were so good!

My Fish

While I have been on maternity leave Nanna and I have been taking the kids to the Gustafson's pool. Ridge has become quite the little fish and is so brave, he will swim all by himself as long as he has hi life jacket on. He will count 1...2...3 go and jump in and isn't even scared if his head goes under. He is such a good boy and we had a blast!

BrinLee

So I have been a bit of a slacker when it comes to updating my blog so I have a lot to catch up on. I will start with BrinLee. She joined our family on May 3, 2011. She weighed 6lb 14oz and was 19 1/2 inches. She is such a good baby and she is spoiled rotten being the only girl in our family. We love her very much!

Smile!

I just wanted to post some pictures of Ridge and show everyone else what a fun contagious smile he has. He is such a tease and makes me laugh and smile every day...

A Night Down Town!

Pappa Jody has been working really hard at the Grand America Hotel to get all the x-mas lights up and working, as well as setting up all the electrical for the new sweets shop! Nanna, Ridge, and I went down one night to get a tour. We ate yummy gillato ice cream in the sweet shop, saw the beautiful lights in the court yard, and got to visit the teddy bear suite! Ridge was such a trooper and loved the car in the teddy bear room. We also took the trax from the hotel to the lights at temple square. It was raining and the trax was a little scary getting on and off with a stroller but we had a fun time and the lights are amazing.!

Ridge turned one on November 12 2010!

He got big boy pajamas, and enjoyed opening gifts from grammy and grandpa great and loved his cake! He didn't even use his hands at first he just took bites...
